The original house was built in 1937 and was 900 sq.ft. In 2000, we added a 30'x16' 2 level addition. This increased the living space to 2100 sq.ft. The main floor includes an enclosed breezeway/entrance connecting the one car garage to the house, maple cupboard kitchen w/oversize island, living room, dining room w/dry bar, full bath with laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor includes a 30x16 family room, full bath and extra large loft bedroom. Every room has been renovated except the main living room which is original plaster walls which curve into the 9ft ceiling. The house is located on 1/2 acre of land in town and is surrounded by carrigana trees. The back yard boasts a 20x20 wood deck, stone path leading to a firepit, room for rv/boat parking, a storage shed and plenty of room for whatever else!! The front yard has a veranda out the front (which is perfect for morning coffee in the sun, a large gravel driveway, a rockpath/flowerbed and a sandpit for the kids.
